		<description>Don't worry so much about being popular.  You need buy-in from the club, so to some level you need to be likd a minimum, but you certainly shouldn't make compromises in your leadership decisions because often the decisions you will want to make will be the best for your group.  Trying to please everyone will destroy your credibility; everyone will be pulling you in different directions.

Plus I've notticed ppl actually expect you to make decisions! To make the tough calls.  They don't want most of the time someone that throws back the ball.  Did you nottice that too in situations of crisis?</description>
